Relatively weak economic performance and political uncertainty in Thailand weighed heavily on the Thai Baht (THB) throughout much of 2015, making the currency the third worst performer in Asia last year.

owever, the Baht has stabilised so far this year amid a weak US Dollar and an improvement in economic conditions in Thailand.
