You can now draw down from your Window Forward (WF) balance directly in the Ebury app, in both Pay and Convert & Pay.

How it works

1. Start a payment, choose your beneficiary and enter the amount they should receive.
2. On the Funding method screen, open the Drawdowns tab.
3. Select your Window Forward. You’ll see the remaining balance for each currency, the maturity date and the booked rate.
4. Review the payment summary, including the booked rate, the inverse rate, the fee and the execution date, then tap Continue.

Why use it

• Locked-in rate: Your payment is set at the forward’s booked rate, regardless of what the market is doing.
• Clear balances: See how much of your forward is left before you pay.
• On the go: Draw down from your forward on your phone.

Availability

This is available from app version 5.9.1 onwards. If you don’t see the Drawdowns tab, please update the Ebury App to the latest version.
