2025 was a defining year for Ebury. From expanding our global footprint and scaling transaction volumes to launching new products and deepening our commitment to sustainability, this year marked a new chapter in how we support businesses operating across borders.

Expanding our global footprint

Ebury continued to grow its presence worldwide, now operating across 30+ markets—and counting. In 2025, we opened new offices in Ireland, Lithuania, Denmark, and Sweden, strengthening our ability to support clients locally while operating at a global scale.

This expansion also reinforced our presence in the Nordics and the Baltics, following the acquisition of ArcaPay, enabling us to deepen customer relationships and bring local expertise to fast-growing regions. As our footprint grows, so does our ability to help businesses trade, pay, and collect internationally with confidence.

Growth at this scale is powered by people. In 2025, Ebury grew to 1,850+ Eburians, forming a truly global team representing 50+ nationalities.

Scaling transactions worldwide

As our global reach expanded, so did the scale of our platform. In 2025, Ebury processed 1.9M+ payments, representing a 31% year-on-year growth.

In 2025, we sent funds in 111 currencies and made payments across 228 countries and territories. We received funds in 50 currencies, collecting money from 197 different countries and territories. This growth reflects the increasingly international nature of our clients’ businesses—and Ebury’s role in enabling seamless cross-border payments and collections at scale.

New product upgrades: global finance, on the go

2025 was also a year of meaningful product innovation. The launch of the Ebury App brought global financial management directly into our clients’ hands, enabling them to manage payments, FX, and accounts anytime, anywhere. Today, the app is used by 8,000+ clients across 25+ markets.

We also expanded connectivity through new integrations with Xero, Exact Online, and Kyriba, making it easier for clients to connect Ebury with their existing financial systems.

Behind the scenes, our infrastructure continued to evolve:

  • ISO 20022 native: Ebury has adopted the new ISO20022 for all payment messages embracing the industry changes brought forward by SWIFT.
  • Verification of Payee (VoP) has been enabled on our EUR payments, bringing peace of mind for every transfer. 
  • Our collections capabilities have been strenghted with the addition of BACS connectivity for our UK accounts, and with new Portuguese, Irish, and Danish IBANs to support local collections.

All designed to ensure our platform is ready for the future of global payments.

In 2025, we achieved 9,000+ media mentions worldwide, covered by more than 500 international and local top-tier media outlets, including TV interviews on CNBC, TELEMADRID, and Bloomberg.

In 2025, Ebury continued to strengthen its presence in the world of sport, supporting organisations that operate across borders and currencies.
