A guide on How to add your Ebury account to Amazon

Adding your Ebury account as deposit method on Amazon Seller

Before Amazon can pay you to your new Ebury collection account, you must update the previous account details from your Deposit Method in your seller account settings. The account details can be found in the Ebury account validation letter that was provided to you.

Before adding the account, please keep in mind the below guidelines:

Do not switch accounts near (2-3 days) the payout date of Amazon since those might be considered as a fraud risk.*

Make sure you enter the correct details when switching the account and pay special attention to the "Verify your bank account" section. Please ensure you enter the previous account details prior adding your Ebury account. Any discrepancies will delay the process.**

Provide the Ebury Account Validation letter as a proof of ownership to Amazon.

Ensure to include in the "Bank location" section the country of your Ebury account. This can be found on the Ebury account validation letter.

*Note: There is a mandatory three-day security hold before any changes to bank account information take effect. Transfers of funds cannot be initiated until after that period, which starts on the date you submit your new bank account information in your Amazon seller account.

**Identify your account number: please note that this is not your new Ebury account number, but your existing bank account that is currently linked to Amazon. Amazon is asking this as a safety precaution to verify that you are the real account holder.
