What are Custom Approval Workflows?

This new feature enables you to establish robust, multi-level approval processes for your payments.

  • Users are assigned to signatory groups (A, B, C), and approval rules are set up per signatory group.
  • Approval rules can be defined based on payment value thresholds, such that lower-value and higher-value payments require a different signatory group for payment approval.
  • Once enabled, any eligible transactions will require verification by the approval group, depending on the set payment thresholds that have been established.

How it works

Administrators on the platform can assign users to signatory groups and set payment rules directly on the Ebury Online platform. A second administrator can be assigned to confirm any changes made after the initial configuration, and all configuration changes are logged for audit purposes.
