Following the success of the Dubai office, opened in November 2017, we will be expanding our regional footprint in the Middle East to Abu Dhabi.

E
bury has recently been granted a Category 3C License by the Abu Dhabi Global Market’s (ADGM) Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA), allowing us to book transactions and arrange credit for our clients from ADGM.

This step is confirmation of the ongoing commitment that we have to the UAE and the wider GCC region. We will soon be rolling out our trade finance product and will continue to expand our strategic partnerships in the region.

“This new licence is a huge milestone for our UAE operations as it enables us to offer our UAE clients a dedicated team within the region to support current and new product releases. Ebury as a group is fully committed to the region and will continue to invest into further strengthening relationships with all of our clients and partners.” Paolo Giabardo, Chief Commercial Officer at Ebury

“The UAE and the wider GCC region is very exciting for Ebury. There is a large capacity for growth and that means businesses over time will look for alternative, more efficient ways to carry out international payments through the use of technology.

We are confident that ADGM will be integral to growth in the UAE. We look forward to continuing our strong relationship with them as we continue to invest in our local operations.” Juan Lobato, Co-Founder and C0-CEO at Ebury
