Ebury partners with Novva to power global AI infrastructure

Ebury, a global fintech specialising in financial solutions for private markets and international businesses, announced a strategic partnership with NOVVA Group (“Novva”), an AI power infrastructure and asset management platform to support Novva's expansion of sustainable power infrastructure for the AI economy across Asia-Pacific and Latin America.

The collaboration bridges modern fintech with renewable energy infrastructure. By leveraging Ebury’s cross-border platform, which spans global payments, multi-currency cash management, and foreign exchange hedging, Novva will optimise its multi-jurisdictional financial operations, international supply chains, and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities.

This partnership follows a rapid expansion across Novva’s integrated infrastructure stack. Novva recently acquired a 3.17 GW solar and wind portfolio in Argentina, a 120 MWp solar project in the Philippines and a 37.8 MWac Colombian solar portfolio from ABO Energy. In parallel, Novva has reinforced its utility-scale storage capabilities through its strategic investment in Slovak battery innovator InoBat via Bromo Capital. Together, these investments have strengthened Novva’s capability to deliver resilient, bankable, end-to-end solutions purpose-built for the compute economy.

The partnership with Ebury adds the financial infrastructure to sustain the pace of Novva’s expansion. Ebury brings deep cross-border expertise to the partnership, enabling payments in over 140 currencies across 160 countries for more than 27,000 businesses worldwide.

“AI’s future depends on reliable, sustainable power. With Ebury, our financial engine will move as fast as our projects, giving us the agility to power the next generation of AI, sustainably and at scale,” said Steven Liu, Founder and CEO of Novva.
Terence Oh, Country Manager of Greater China and Singapore at Ebury, said, "Powering AI takes more than energy; it takes financial infrastructure built for global ambition. We're proud to stand behind Novva as they build the backbone of the sustainable compute economy.”

Looking ahead, both companies will explore further opportunities to streamline international project funding and accelerate the global transition to eco-friendly AI infrastructure.
