  • The initiative included the West London Partnership Talent Fair and a micro-internship programme providing students from local schools with direct mentoring from Ebury experts.

In celebration of International Women’s Day, Ebury hosted a global roundtable discussion featuring a prestigious panel of senior leaders from Oracle, LexisNexis, and the NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks. The event focused on the intersection of finance, technology, and sport, exploring how diversity and mentorship drive global innovation and professional excellence.

The roundtable was the centrepiece of a wider ESG initiative that included the launch of the West London Partnership Talent Fair and a successful micro-internship programme. This programme provided students from Sacred Heart and St. Paul’s Girls’ School with hands-on experience and direct mentoring from Ebury’s leadership, fostering the next generation of female talent in the fintech and tech sectors.

Maria Lapucci, Head of ESG & Financial Planning at Ebury, commented: “At Ebury, we believe that our global scale comes with a responsibility to foster the leaders of tomorrow. Bringing together voices from such diverse industries—from the NBA to global tech giants—highlights our commitment to building a culture of inclusion. These initiatives are not just about a single day; they are part of our ongoing mission to ensure the future of fintech is diverse, talented, and borderless.”
